A huge thank you to everyone who came along to Boë Violet Gin Ladies’ Night on Saturday. Despite the heavy and sudden rainfall resulting in the abandonment of part of the evening’s race programme, we were delighted that so many of our customers stayed with us to enjoy the rest of the night.
As per our terms and conditions of entry, which are in line with racecourses across the country, no refunds will be made available due to the abandonment taking place after the 3rd race. Naturally we as a team share the disappointment of those in attendance, having worked so hard to create the event for everyone to enjoy but unfortunately the weather on the evening created unsafe conditions on the track that were beyond our control.
As a gesture of our goodwill we will be offering those who had tickets for the event the opportunity to join us for a racing fixture of their choice this year with our compliments (subject to availability). How to redeem:
1. If you booked your ticket(s) in advance and provided an email address, please check your emails this evening and complete the form within the email. Please check your junk/spam folder too.
2. If you purchased your ticket(s) on arrival then please forward your purchase receipt, along with your full name, address, email, phone number and choice of return fixture to Ladies’ Night Returns, Hamilton Park Racecourse Office, Bothwell Road, Hamilton ML3 0DW.
