Q: Will there be after racing entertainment?
A: Due to the modifications made to Level 0 we are sadly no longer able to host our usual post-racing after party with live music. This is due to the requirement of 1m social distancing between groups of racegoers whilst outdoors.

Q: Will there be Best Dressed Lady and Man of Style competitions?
A: Best Dressed Lady and Slater Menswear Man of Style competitions will be going ahead with incredible prizes up for grabs. More information will be supplied on social platforms, website and by email nearer to the fixture date.

Q: Will there be fashion catwalk shows?
A: Yes, we will be hosting our glamorous fashion catwalk show in partnership with Deja Elite Boutique. More information will be supplied on social platforms, website and by email nearer to the fixture date.

Q: Do I need to have proof of my Covid vaccination for entry?
A: No, we do not require proof of vaccination for entry to Hamilton Park.

Q: Can I purchase tickets on the day at the gate?
A: Tickets must be purchase in advance, from our website. No tickets will be sold at the gate, on the day.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: E-tickets will be sent out the email addresses supplied within the track and trace information, and will be sent no later than two days before the fixture date.

Q: What is the track and trace information and why is it required?
A: To support the Government's Contact Tracing scheme, you are required to complete the necessary track and trace information. Please note we are unable to issue your e-tickets without this information. You will be asked for the name of each person attending, their email address, contact telephone number, postcode and mode of transport.

Q: How many people are allowed to attend?
A: We are in discussions with our Local Authority and Safety Advisory Groups as to the number of people in attendance.

Q: Will social distancing be in place?
A: 1m social distancing will be in place indoors and in line with Government guidelines. There is also a requirement of 1m social distancing between groups of racegoers whilst outdoors.

Q: Will I be required to wear a mask?
A: Yes you will be required to wear a mask on arrival, when moving around indoor areas unless you are sitting down eating or drinking as well as when within the toilet facilities.

Q: Will I be entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled?
A: If you purchase a ticket/hospitality package, Hamilton Park reserves the right to transfer, refund or upgrade you at any point based on any specific capacity restrictions or venue zoning protocols. Importantly, to give you reassurance when booking, any customer who purchases a ticket/hospitality package for a future fixture will be entitled to a transfer or full refund if the event is cancelled.

Q: Where are the entry and exit points?
A: All access to the racecourse for general admission ticket holders will be via the main turnstiles entrance. The exit route will be clearly marked. Hospitality guests, Owners and Annual Members will be able to use Dukes Entrance and Car Park and access the course via the relevant entrance in that area.

Q: Where will I be able to access with a general admission ticket?
A: General admission tickets will include access to the outdoor areas only. With the exception of Reds Wine Bar and the William Hill betting shop, internal areas are currently reserved for seated hospitality service. On Ladies' Night there will be additional seated bar service in the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar and the Boë Gin Bar. These tables are available on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Will bars and food outlets be open?
A: Access to some indoor facilities will be restricted and all food and drink is to be consumed outdoors and only whilst seated, unless you have a booked table within a designated hospitality facility. Please note that due to current restrictions, racegoers are unable to walk around the grounds whilst eating and drinking – this will be managed by the stewarding team and we respectfully request that all racegoers adhere to the restrictions in place.

Q: Will there be alcohol on sale?
A: Yes, there will be outdoor facilities serving alcoholic drinks, including the Boë Violet Gin bar, the Moët & Chandon Champagne bar and Reds Wine bar.

Q: Will there be wet weather cover?
A: The canopy of the Grandstand provides some protection in the event of wet weather, however racegoers are requested not to gather with more than those within their social bubble. Umbrellas are permitted.

Q: How many people can sit at a table in hospitality areas?
A: There is a maximum of 10 people from 4 households per table, in line with the Government level 0 guidelines. Outdoor groups should consist of no more than 15 people from 15 households. This will be reviewed in line with the Government levels review.

Q: Is there parking?
A: Parking is available for general admission ticket holders in the main public car park with overflow provisions available locally. Owners, members and hospitality guests will be able to park in Dukes Car Park.

Q: Will there be hand sanitising stations?
A: Yes, we will have hand sanitising stations available throughout the site.

Q: Will racecards be available?
A: Yes, racecards will be available to purchase on the day.

Q: Can I cheer on my horse?
A: We would encourage racegoers to refrain from shouting where possible to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus.

Q: Can I bring children?
A: Yes, children are allowed to attend the raceday, but they must have a ticket, purchased in advance. Under 18 tickets are free.

Q: Are discounted advance tickets available?
A: Yes, advance tickets will be available to purchase at a discounted price up to 7 days before a fixture.

Q: Will there still be facilities for Annual Members?
A: Yes, there will be a suitable facility available for members.

Q: Can I view the Parade Ring?
A: Yes, viewing access of the Parade Ring is available.

Q: Is there an ATM on-site?
A: Our ATM is currently unavailable; however you will be able to obtain cashback from the Tote.

Q: If I don’t want to attend the fixture due to the restrictions, how do I request a transfer or refund?
