Important Information – September Fixture Update

In light of current guidance and to provide clarity for our valued customers, it is with great sadness that, with little hope of crowds being allowed to attend in any volume, our remaining fixtures this season, scheduled to take place on 20th, 21st and 28th September 2020, will currently be run behind closed doors.
We had continued to hope that restrictions would have eased enough for us to be able to welcome members of the public this season, however with discussions ongoing with the relevant authorities it is clear that public events of this scale will not be possible in the weeks ahead.
In the event that restrictions change and we are able to welcome a restricted number of racegoers to any of these meetings, we would be required to operate under differing terms & conditions to those currently in place and would therefore offer a different ticket to those currently available.
Our entire team shares in the disappointment felt by everyone; racegoers, Annual Members and our valued partners who had planned to join us this season, however we now look forward to welcoming you back in 2021.
Given the unprecedented circumstances we all continue to face, we’d like to ask our customers to maintain their support for Hamilton Park, as we, like so many businesses, continue to face the incredible economic challenges that are ahead of us.
For customers who have purchased tickets or hospitality for any raceday that is cancelled due to Covid-19, we are offering a direct ticket transfer to the equivalent 2021 fixture or an alternative 2021 fixture of their choice.
We understand that not everyone will be in a position to offer us this much needed support, in which case we will honour a full refund within 28 days after the raceday as per our terms and conditions.
We will contact ticket holders via email in the coming weeks with information on how to process your choice, and the small team that are still working will strive to make refunds within 28 days from the cancelled event.
If you have booked hospitality, a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible however this may not be the team member you have been dealing with previously.
