SUPER SEASON AHEAD AS HAMILTON PARK UNVEILS SPONSORSHIP FIRST
Hamilton Park Racecourse is continuing to break new ground in Scottish racing, unveiling a historic season sponsorship deal with SuperSeal.
The prestigious Lanarkshire racecourse has agreed a season long partnership with the home improvements specialists making it the first title sponsorship deal to be struck in Scottish racecourse history and reportedly valued at a six-figure sum.
The SuperSeal announcement comes hot on the heels of a £250,000 investment in the venue, which included the introduction of free, high density Wi-Fi for all visitors ahead of the upcoming 2015 season – another first for Scottish racecourses.
Vivien Kyles, Chief Executive at Hamilton Park Racecourse, said: “Our landmark deal with SuperSeal is helping to keep Hamilton Park ahead of the field and we are proud to announce them as our season sponsor.
“By continuing our pioneering spirit in terms of sponsorship, facilities and services for visitors, we are ensuring that we will provide outstanding racing and events in a truly first-class environment.”
Glasgow-based SuperSeal, an established provider of biomass and home energy systems for over 25 years, previously sponsored the venue’s prestigious Super Six events in 2014.
“Last year generated some great results for our business,” explains Tina Webster of SuperSeal, “So when Ann proposed enhancing our package to cover the whole season and the additional benefits that came with that it really was with confidence that we committed to the sponsorship.
“As well as the above we entertained clients and celebrated a number of special occasions within the very prestigious private boxes. There hasn’t been a visit to the racecourse that has not been awesome….everything just gets better and better!”
Ahead of the 2015 Hamilton Park season launch on 3 May, other key new season sponsors have also been announced.
Following the success of their 2014 partnership, Alea Casino are backing Ladies’ Night featuring a DJ set from TV personality Mark Wright, whilst Ladbrokes have been confirmed as sponsors of the historic Lanark Silver Bell Racenight as well as augmenting their partnership by sponsoring the reverse of the raceday tickets.
