Owners & Trainers with Runners

Our Owners & Trainers facilities extend to your own exclusive bar overlooking the Parade Ring which includes a seated area on the lawn for your enjoyment when the weather is fine.

This area also encompasses the Owners & Trainers desk where Aimee Perratt and her team will arrange your tickets and meal vouchers and answer any queries you may have about your day.

Complimentary teas and coffees are provided throughout the day in this area.

Sprinters Restaurant, exclusively reserved for Owners & Trainers with runners on the day, includes an additional bar where we entertain all Winning Connections with a Champagne reception and a re-run of the race victory. Winning Connections will also be invited to sign our Winners’ Wall which will last as a permanent reminder of your day at Hamilton Park.

Tickets

Hamilton Park operates the PASS System and encourages all Owners & Trainers to arrange their tickets via the online Concierge Service prior to arrival. The Concierge Service can be accessed via www.rcapass.com

Please ensure you bring your PASS Card with you on the day and your Guests bring a copy of their barcode which will be issued after booking. Please present these on arrival at the Owners & Trainers Entrance.

Tickets can also be allocated on the day on presentation of your PASS Card.

Each Owner (or group of Owners) or Trainer with a declared runner will receive two vouchers from the Owners & Trainers desk per raceday which entitle you to two, complimentary, 2-course meals with afternoon tea in this dedicated restaurant.

Please note that service ends after the 4th race.

Additional meals may be purchased at £20 per person, subject to availability.
